After upgrading to the current Kubuntu version 8.04, Aqua Datastudio may throw the following Java exception:
Runtime link error - it appears that libXt got loaded before libXm
In my case, the solution was to add AWT_TOOLKIT="XToolkit". After that, Aqua Datastudio started as usual again.
